For a Christmas gift, I sent April photos of my boyfriend's beloved car and asked her to draw it in charcoal. She was patient and communicative, sending me a draft image and making sure I was happy all along the way. The drawing is beautiful, and my boyfriend was thrilled. Thank you April!

I kept the drawing in the package an extra week because I knew I wouldn't be able to keep myself from giving my husband his birthday present once I saw it in person. And I was right. I wrapped it immediately for him to open. Such a beautiful piece of work from a photo so near and dear to our hearts.
